If you would like to register by mail,
please send us a letter that includes the name of the program you
want to register for, your name, address, telephone number, and
email address, plus either full payment or a non-refundable deposit
(see

Cancellation policy:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a program, all monies
paid will be refunded to the participants. If you need to cancel,
please understand that many of the expenses we incur happen before your
arrival, thus our refund policy is as follows:
