Cancellation policy

If Her Feet on the Earth cancels a program all payments made will be refunded to the participants. If you need to cancel, please understand that many of the expenses we incur happen before the program stars. Our refund policy is as follows:

    Number of Days Before Program Start      Amount of Refund
  
    61 days or more                                         100% minus deposit

    60-31 days                                                 50% minus deposit

    30 days or less                                           0% Amount paid minus deposit
                                                                     can be transferred to another
                                                                     program for up to 1 year.
